Gain and EQ stacker's dream:

Discrete (no opamps) F.E.T Hi-Gain Distortion and discrete F.E.T Overdrive/Booster IN ONE BOX. You could think of them as 2 separate pedals in one box...or think of them as stages to be linked together for endless combinations. Hi-Gain side has Volume, Distortion knobs, Bass, Mid, and Highs minipots. Booster Side has Volume, Overdrive knobs, Bass and Highs minipots.(these new hi-Q sealed minipots don't break BTW)

How's the Distortion?

Hard clipped distortion (the way most pedals achieve distortion) at one point in a circuit can be cool, but stage after stage of FET (done right) is very real, very amplike, has ridiculous amounts of sustain even at low volume, does the great chunky low string rhythm stuff and cleans up incredibly well when you turn down the guitar's volume.

How much Distortion available?

Too much if you get stupid (when set to "series")

What's this Series/Parallel stuff?

Series/Parallel switch allows for an amazing range of tones: In "Series Mode" the signal path is FET Distortion w/ 3 band EQ--->FET Boost with 2 Band EQ. In "Parallel Mode" the signals travel side-by-side allowing infinite Blends of Distortion and Clean, or Distortion and Overdrive/Boost.... and when the two EQ sections enter into the equation, the possibilities are endless. Most who have tried to offer this Parallel feature on a pedal don't realize that you can throw the signal out-of-phase.....not an issue here.

the first pedal to truly cover all the distance between Clean Boost and over the top Hi-Gain madness.

Wah Wah News

Have a smoking new inductor coming out potted in a MuMetal Can so it's dead-quiet. In the process I spent some serious money dissecting and analyzing 6 mid 60's primo sounding XOX inductors. We've been handwrapping all our wahs with Mu-Metal for over a year now, but this new can/cover will save some labor/money/time. The kicker is these Inductors absolutely kill! The key was replicating the scatter-wound tecnique, as well as getting the exact same wire and core material.

new rubber Treadle pad is standard equip on all Fulltone Wah's and Deja'Vibe2's as of 9/06

Rack Mount

Development has begun by Fulltone to bring back hands-down the best Rackmount chorus ever made...the Tri-Stereo-Chorus. I bet you thought the old Boss CE-1 was the best ever made,eh? Not so...the Tri_Stereo-ChorusTM has a CE-1 style chorus for the LEFT channel, another CE-1 for the RIGHT channel, and one more CE-1 in the center! And a separate Depth control for each chorus! Plus a host of other panning Vibrato features make it a lush, beautiful addition to any studio or guitar rack.

The Fulltone Tri-Stereo-ChorusTM will be available in Rackmount version.

Why doesn't the definitive ABY exist? (except for on my pedalboard) first, let's mull over the problem with ABY boxes! If there was a perfect ABY, would it be called "Plexi" No,but it might be called the Truepath A-B-Y TM
